About Faces Physiotherapy was founded in 2004 and was the first clinic in Auckland to specialise in and only treats the head, neck and shoudler area.
At About Faces Physiotherapy we believe not only in treating the symptoms but also addressing the cause of the problem, combining our knowledge of motor control, muscle balance, acupuncture and dry needling, soft tissue techniques, manual/manipulative therapy, and posture correction in order to achieve optimal outcomes for patients.
About Faces Physiotherapy is part of an informal multidisciplinary team which includes the patient’s GP, Dentist, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, Otolaryngologist, Breathing Works, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychologist. Occasionally referral to other members of the team in combination with physiotherapy may be required in order to achieve the best outcome.
