* 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment is appreciated.  Faliure to provide adequate notice may result in you being charged for the missed appointment.

 

*No referral is necessary.  However if you already have an ACC form form your GP please bring this with you, otherwise a physiotherapist will be able to fill one out for you at your initial appointment.

 

*There is a surcharge for patients on ACC

 

*Depending on your policy you may be able to claim some of your charges back on your Health Insurance.  Please ask for a receipt and claim directly from your Insurer.
